We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Multi‑Site) to play a key role in keeping our estate safe, compliant, reliable and cost‑effective. Based in Dundee and supporting multiple locations, you will take ownership of the performance of building assets and systems, ensuring they support business continuity across a diverse estate. This is a hands‑on engineering role within our Estates & Operations team. You’ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems, apply structured fault‑finding to prevent repeat failures, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and site stakeholders to minimise disruption. Operating in a portfolio environment , the role goes beyond “fixing faults”. You’ll use data and insight to improve asset performance, contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, and share best practice across sites.
