Job Summary - Director Pharmacy Home Infusion Services Provide professional, strategic, administrative, and financial leadership and direction of all programs, policies, procedures, and objectives encompassing the medication management cycle. Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental/corporate objectives. Uses in-depth knowledge of industry trends and data analytics to prioritize opportunities for improvement and develop appropriate plans for execution. Serves as a liaison between the Pharmacy Service Line, other departments and the Medical Staff. Participates in the planning, organization and implementation of new programs and activities. Responsible for assuring medication excellence in quality, safety, efficiency, and employee/provider engagement. Accountable for financial planning, forecasting, and managing expense variances for all areas of responsibility.
