As an Enablement Associate on the Partner Strategy team, you will build the materials, playbooks, and tools that help Xometry’s supplier programs succeed. You will not manage suppliers directly, but rather create the resources that make onboarding, activation, and engagement programs clear, consistent, and scalable across the network. This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll collaborate with Partner Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure suppliers have the right training, documentation, and communications to understand and participate in Xometry’s programs. What You’ll Do: Create partner-facing playbooks, guides, and FAQs that explain onboarding, incentives, and best practices.
