Every day, we’re in the community helping people do life better… and honestly, it feels pretty epic. 🚀 Job Description: 💼 The Role (AKA: The Hero Cape You’ll Be Wearing) *In or near Meton or Werribee where these current vacancies sit* As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown. You’ll be doing things like: ✨ Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans ✨ Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework ✨ Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers ✨ Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team ✨ Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices And, because we like to keep it real: 👉 This is NOT a stepping stone job to becoming a psychologist. 👉 It’s a meaningful, legitimate, highly skilled...
