Lockridge Early Learning Centre is a welcoming service located in the heart of the Lockridge community. With a strong focus on nature and play-based learning, the centre offers a warm, family-friendly environment where children can explore, grow, and thrive. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Director to lead our 60-place service. You will be the Nominated Supervisor for the service and your responsibilities will include: - Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children. - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service - While our Compliance Team maintains oversight of legislative changes and sets policies & procedures, you will ensure the effective implementation and integration into everyday practice - Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of educators - Oversee engaging and inclusive programs that reflect children’s interests and needs - Building strong, positive relationships with families and the local community - Take ownership of enrolment growth and service visibility - Manage the enrolment process and debt management - Managing rosters, budgets, resources, and service sustainability - Driving continuous improvement through ref...
