POSITION SUMMARY: Contributes to the organization by assisting the physician and administration in keeping the medical practice running smoothly and efficiently. Must be well organized and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate effectively with patients, physicians and other staff members. This position requires the ability to demonstrate composure and function efficiently while performing multiple tasks. Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills are essential with flexibility in work assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Triage incoming calls, review all phone message and return calls in a timely manner. Scheduling surgeries and preparing all pertinent paperwork for surgeries by following all established surgery processes.
