About the role: We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our HiiRetail and other POS solutions to our international clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex software implementations. This is an on-site role located in Waardenburg, Netherlands. What You'll Work On: - Manage the overall client delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Extenda Retail's delivery methodology. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery aspects of the engagement.
