The Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV serves as a technical expert supporting NETGEAR's ProAV solutions across the South Central U.S. This role combines customer onboarding, field engineering, pre-sales support, and industry engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AV-over-IP networking, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-impact technical training and solution design. This is a remote-based position requiring up to 60% travel throughout the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Onboarding & Technical Training: Lead onboarding for U.S. customers implementing NETGEAR ProAV switches and third-party integrations Collaborate with the South Central Sales Territory Manager to ensure successful deployments Deliver remote and on-site training covering AV-over-IP network design, switch profile selection, PTP configuration, Dante/AVB/Milan configuration, and API integration and video configuration Develop customized training materials, system designs, and internal/external knowledge base documentation Ensure successful transition into production environments, including complex multi-switch and multi-vendor deployments Professional Services & Field...
