LCD Innovation - Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Transformation, ED The NFR Transformation role will collaborate with teams across the Compliance and Operational risk departments within the NFR department to design and implement innovative working methods that support strategic priorities in alignment with divisional standards and industry best practices. This position will oversee strategic projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders from ideation through implementation. The successful candidate should possess an entrepreneurial approach, strong critical thinking abilities, and the ability to integrate effective execution with operational excellence and disciplined delivery of a shared vision. Demonstrated experience managing transformation initiatives with Compliance and/or Operational Risk teams, or consulting is particularly advantageous.
