We are now looking for a Vehicle CAE & Simulation Senior Manager to lead and evolve our vehicle-level virtual engineering capability, shaping how we design, develop and deliver future vehicles. The Opportunity: This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the overall vehicle CAE and simulation strategy across NVH, CFD and Vehicle Performance. You will lead multiple specialist teams and drive simulation-led decision making across the full vehicle development lifecycle, from early concept through to production sign-off. Working at the centre of engineering, you will enable faster, higher-quality development through advanced virtual engineering, ensuring strong alignment between simulation and physical testing.
