What You'll Be Doing: - Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to safely load aggregates for production and shipment - Inspect equipment before, during, and after operation and report maintenance needs promptly - Maintain consistent material flow to support pit production and plant operations - Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times - Communicate effectively with teammates to coordinate daily activities What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an aggregates or industrial environment - Strong safety awareness with the capability to follow established procedures - Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment inspections - Dependable work habits with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Clear communication skills and willingness to learn Conditions of Employment: - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employme...
