Job Description The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and legal service of alcohol within the venue. This role plays a key part in upholding local and state alcohol regulations, supporting staff in responsible alcohol service, and mitigating risks related to alcohol consumption and policy compliance. Job Responsibilities: Monitoring and Enforcement: - Observe and document alcohol-related concerns, policy violations, or suspicious behavior. - Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and detect fraudulent or expired IDs. - Monitor guest intoxication levels and intervene as needed to prevent over-service. - Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines, including drink limits per individual. - Report any policy violations or concerning behavior by staff or patrons to management. Policy Adherence and Training: - Enforce responsible alcohol service practices in accordance with company and state regulations. - Serve as a resource to staff for questions or concerns regarding alcohol policies. - Monitor employee compliance with alcohol laws and internal procedures.
