Job description

Under the direction of the Manager, Production, the Production Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing Production Department by managing end‑to‑end production workflows in close collaboration with the Account Service Specialists. Core responsibilities include coordinating production details, preparing clear and accurate instructions for vendors, and supporting smooth execution across multiple project timelines. This role contributes to the delivery of high‑quality marketing collateral by maintaining strong vendor communication, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all materials meet established production standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinates production workflows and vendor relationships by placing orders, sending approved files, providing printing and trafficking instructions, reviewing proofs for accuracy, and ensuring adherence to quality and customer service standards.
