Foundation Executive Director

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY: The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of the Foundation, responsible for translating mission into measurable impact. Reporting to the Foundation's Board of Directors and working in close partnership with the CEO of the credit union, the Executive Director will set strategic direction, execute against a written plan, and cultivate high-impact collaborations within the community. This is a high-profile leadership role that blends strategy, relationship-building and operational excellence. The Executive Director will represent the Foundation externally while building internal capacity to support innovative, community-driven solutions to financial inclusion challenges.
