Job Summary: The OEM Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory for Carlisle Tire Fill Systems. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through OEMs, dealers, and end users by identifying opportunities, maintaining strong customer partnerships, and aligning sales activities with divisional objectives. The OEM Sales Manager serves as a key commercial liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, accurate forecasting, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities and manage an existing customer base to achieve assigned sales goals - Maintain regular contact with all assigned Tire Fill customers, with a minimum monthly outreach cadence - Build and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, end users, and prospective customers within the assigned region - Identify opportunities for increased revenue within existing accounts and through new customer development - Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing quotes, promotional offers, and sales support materials - Review current Tire Fill inventory level...
