By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose. The role: As a key frontline team member at Better Life Partners, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, helping them understand, coordinate, and access the care and support they need. You’ll embody our core values by delivering compassionate, organized, and responsive support to ensure every member feels seen, heard, and cared for. This is a Remote position. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all candidates must reside in-market. Our team provides services Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Shifts are 8 hours.
