The Engineering team plays a critical role in maintaining the resort’s infrastructure, ensuring all facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with the resort’s high standards. Job Summary: The Entry-Level Engineer supports the Engineering team by performing light maintenance tasks, responding to guest service requests, and assisting with the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This position is ideal for individuals beginning a career in resort engineering and facilities maintenance. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a willingness to learn technical systems while supporting daily operations.
