About the Job: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator Temp – Events & PR to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Assistant to the CEO, assisting with events including book tour coordinator and public relations activities and communications. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage vendor relationships, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing: - Provide high-level administrative support to Executive Assistant to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and event coordination. - Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, timelines, and on-site support. - Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery - Support PR initiatives by drafting communications, maintaining guest lists, and assisting with outreach. - Manage internal and external communications with professionalism and accuracy. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools. - Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. - Maintain organized records and documen...
