Location: The Monastery - Towne Asset Services Payrate: $23-$28/hr based on experience: Schedule Hours: Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) What You’ll Do: - Complete punch-outs, turnovers, and minor construction repairs (e.g., gutters, drywall, painting, lighting, fencing, and minor roof repairs). - Moves or replaces appliances as needed. - Follows all safety procedures and properly uses safety equipment. - Maintains tools and equipment and completes required paperwork on time. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, apartment turnovers, punch-out work, or a related trade - OSHA 10-hour certification preferred - Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including drywall repai...
