We are working closely with local authority in Waltham Forest to assist with the appointment of a Housing Sustainment Team Manager , on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £34.71- £45.87 per hour Summary: The Housing Sustainment Team Manager will lead the delivery of a proactive, holistic, and strengths-based homelessness prevention service, supporting vulnerable individuals and families at risk of homelessness to sustain their housing and improve long-term outcomes. Working within Housing Services, the post holder will manage a team of Housing Sustainment Officers, ensuring the effective delivery of tailored interventions, housing advice, tenancy sustainment support, and preventative services designed to address housing instability before crisis point is reached. The role will focus on early identification, prevention, and collaborative intervention, using data, referrals, and partnership working to support residents at increased risk of homelessness.
