What is the Role?: As Account Manager , you will own the strategic relationship with decision-makers, focusing on long-term growth and retention of existing customers. Responsibilities: Strategic Relationship Management: - Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including police chiefs, city managers, and county officials. - Conduct quarterly and annual strategic business reviews focused on value alignment and long-term planning.
