Salary: £29,064 - £31,022 per annum Hours per week: 37 hours: Temporary/Fixed term: Until March 2029: Interview date: Week Commencing Monday 15 June 2026 This is an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your customer service skills and gain knowledge within a social care setting in our supportive, collaborative and multi-disciplinary Advice and Contact team. Our key focus is to support Wiltshire’s vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible, within the community. This holistic approach and the support that you will offer will be essential in the service achieving this. As an Information Officer, you will be part of a team that responds to Adult Social Care enquiries and concerns via telephone, email and online referrals. You will be responsible for actioning referrals and providing high-quality information, advice and signposting.
