As Customer Care Representative, your role will be key in providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive client experience. You will also need to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.
