HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Job description

You’ll be focused in • Sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates through diverse recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the company’s ATS, and jobsite applications• Creating and posting job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent• Conducting initial candidate screenings• Maintaining and documenting accurate, up‑to‑date recruitment data and metrics to support continuous process improvement• Collaborating and guiding recruiters and stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives and hiring goals In order to succeed, you’ll need • Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools• Basic familiarity of sourcing tools, Boolean search, or modern recruitment strategies• Some hands-on exposure to recruitment activities such as supporting coordination, sourcing, or general HR tasks• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Very good English skills, both written and spoken Nice to have • Experience working with ATS platforms Benefits & Perks This is a true opportunity to join an amazing atmosphere on our local company culture bu...
