Classification Title: Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Classification Minimum Requirements: Applicant must be board certified or board eligible and licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida. Job Description: Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Florida is seeking applicants who wish to pursue an academic career in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, with a multi-mission track. The candidate will provide and direct clinical care for children with full range of pediatric otolaryngology services, both in the inpatient and outpatient settings with APP and resident support. The successful applicant will join a busy academic practice with 15 faculty, 2 of which are pediatric fellowship-trained physicians. Tenure status and academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Developing a subspecialty niche depending on the physician's interests will be encouraged. Airway reconstruction surgery, treatment of vascular malformations, hearing loss and/or a cochlear implantation, craniofacial surgery are all potential areas of development given a physician's defined interest.
