Job Summary: Oversee dining room operations by providing solution-oriented, positive, exemplary customer service. Will oversee operations within the dining room and at the hostess podium. Our mission is to provide our guests with a 5-star fine dining experience by offering friendly, efficient, professional dining service. We accomplish this through teamwork. Our goal is to anticipate needs (our guests’ and our co-workers’), communicate well, pitch in as needed, and share a positive experience with our co-workers and guests.
