The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations of the corporate office. This role supports document management, office operations, mail distribution, employee onboarding, meetings, events, inventory, and vendor coordination. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and frequent movement throughout the office in a fast‑paced setting. Essential Functions: - Provide administrative and operational support to maintain efficient office operations - Assist with document organization, indexing, and maintenance of physical and digital records - Update and maintain office documentation such as seating charts, SOPs, and tracking spreadsheets - Distribute mail and packages, including handling sensitive documents with accuracy - Cover reception as needed on a daily basis - Support employee onboarding through office tours, name tags, seating coordination, and welcome communications - Help coordinate meetings, catering, and office events, including room setup and breakdown - Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders; receive and verify deliveries - Coordinate with vendors and assist...
