Job Summary: Under the directions of the Maintenance Manager and/or the department supervisor, provides plumbing and related support for facilities. EDUCATION: Minimum: LICENSE: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy - High School diploma or equivalent Minimum: Preferred: SKILLS: Salary Range: $28.41 - $32.66 based on experience FLH123 - EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer) - 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification - 2 years in professional certification - Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
