Overview Annual Salary: $55,000 to $60,000, depending on experience Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058 Embark Behavioral Health is hiring an Admissions Counselor to support the intake process for families pursuing residential treatment for their teenagers. In this role, you’ll be the key contact for caregivers during a critical moment in their journey where you'll help them navigate options and take the next step towards care. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, manage high call volumes, and ensure admissions are completed accurately and on time. Your work will directly influence access to treatment, making a measurable difference in the lives of youth and their families. Responsibilities: Educate families about Embark’s services and continuum of care, assess student fit, present cases to the clinical team, and advocate for both the student and their family throughout the admissions process Provide informed consent to prospective families by reviewing insurance benefits, financial responsibility, and the creation of good faith estimates Plan and coordinate admissions logistics in collaboration with the Admissions Director, onsite teams, and prospective families w...
