We are working closely with local authority in Monmouthshire to assist with the appointment of a Grounds Operative , on a 5.5-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £13.26- £17.15 per hour Summary: The Grounds Operative will support the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance and environmental services across public spaces, schools, contracted sites, and commercial client locations throughout the county. Working within the Commercial & Operations team, the post holder will contribute to maintaining safe, clean, sustainable, and visually appealing environments for residents, visitors, and external partners. The role involves carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, landscaping, litter clearance, and general environmental maintenance. The post holder will work closely with supervisors, colleagues, and external clients to ensure services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with health and safety standards.
