The Program Director facilitates day-to-day operations for participating households and referral processes, supported by the Program Coordinators. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of the Virginia and the Director of Operations, the Program Director ensures service delivery, program direction, and grant compliance. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring the operating budget to ensure responsible financial stewardship and resource optimization.
