Revenue Operations Manager

Job description

The Revenue Operations Manager leads the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of pricing and inventory strategies across markets. This role partners closely with global and regional commercial stakeholders to drive system adoption, elevate revenue performance, and align hotel needs with enterprise strategy. Your day to day: - Implement and communicate revenue initiatives across hotels in partnership with global and regional commercial stakeholders. - Provide insights and feedback to global and regional revenue leadership to ensure continuous improvement of tools and programs. - Drive execution of pricing, yield, and selling strategies using GRS, N2 Pricing, and distribution systems. - Consult with regional stakeholders and hotel feedback on effective system utilization to maximize revenue opportunities. - Analyze performance trends and recommend strategic actions for revenue growth. - Support training and development of commercial and revenue teams, serving as a subject matter advisor. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve system, process, and operational issues. - Lead delivery of targeted revenue initiatives and improvement programs across assi...
