Job description

As a General Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including: Relocate and shift office furniture. Assemble furniture purchased through office supply vendors, i.e., PC carts, display racks, keyboard trays, mailboxes, etc. Provide support with catering and refreshment setups where needed for employee meetings. Provide feedback on issues that require outside assistance. Perform various carpentry tasks and repair work on restroom sinks, stalls, fixtures, cabinet doors, closet doors, locks, etc. Provide mailroom support if needed. Collaborate with Office Services to support Building Services operation. Help ensure pantry supplies, snacks and beverages are ordered and restocked as needed. Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility and address/report accordingly. Perform re-lamping assignments as needed. Help ensure that conference rooms are well maintained and ready for daily use. Work closely with the Office Services team to address unsafe conditions.
