Position Summary: The Baker 2 team member is an intermediate role on the Bake team, building on the skills and responsibilities of a Baker 1 while helping produce all inclusions and variegates used in our ice cream. This position prepares high-quality inclusions, variegates, and MOMs by following established recipes and the daily production schedule, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and food safety.
