Permanent role supporting an established platform Balanced BAU and enhancement focus: Hybrid work environment - 3 days in office 2 days WFH About the team and role: We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the technical team supporting and maturing our ServiceNow platform. This is a permanent BAU role that focuses on platform stability, maintenance, security, and the continual enhancement of the platform through a structured two week sprint cycle. This role includes direct people leadership of the ServiceNow technical team, as well as oversight of our managed service partner. The platform is well established, and you will help ensure it remains stable while continuing to evolve in a sustainable way. Please note, this is not a project based implementation role.
