Job Summary Responsible for directing all operation activities in a distribution center environment of approximately 150M or greater in revenue. Responsible for supporting the distribution network by managing redistribution activities of $20M inventory or greater. Responsible for operational excellence and process improvement initiatives; ensuring customers expectations are exceeded; and talent acquisition, development and retention of associates. Operate as a strategic partner with logistics and supply chain management in establishing and adhering to operating budgets.
