Job Description​ Job Description The Supply Chain Operations Manager I provides leadership for multiple departments and/or one hospital with $10+ million in annual supply spend. This position oversees all supply chain functions to include, but not limited to, inventory management, receiving, distribution, par management, laundry linen services, performance improvement, and procurement. This position is responsible for developing and implementing KPIs, service level metrics, and processes to support hospital operations. The Supply Chain Operations Manager I is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensuring that end to end supply chain functions meet and/or exceed the needs of the customer. Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
