Description JOB SUMMARY: The Special Programs Director is responsible for supervising, leading, and motivating team members daily. The director is responsible for developing, implementing, and giving oversight to special programs including but not limited to: Positive Behavior Support Program, Family Case Management, Client Community Integration, Autism Works School Program, Therap Electronic Documentation System, Client Health & Wellness Initiative, Client Specialty Engagement Groups, Practicum Student Program, and other innovative initiatives. The director provides leadership in our core values by consistently delivering a high quality of professionalism, developing bold initiatives and exceptional customer service to clients and employees, and ensuring our services are always client focused. The position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by A New Leaf, Inc. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to 5+ staff members plus any assigned interns.
