Senior Manager, Management Liability Claims

Overview AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has a need for a Senior Manager in our Professional Liability group. This position will include aspects of team leadership and direct oversight of complex files. The Director will be held accountable for driving quality, technical excellence, providing coverage acumen on complex claims, and providing leadership support to a national claims team handling. The Senior Manager works closely with all levels of claims leadership to provide direction and guidance to claim professionals driving claims performance to achieve optimal claims outcomes, superior individual and team operational results, and strategic alignment with claims department goals and objectives. Responsible for the development, coaching, mentoring, and training of the Professional Liability Claims organization, and ensures consistent, inspiring, and effective communication with claims personnel.
