Billing Rate Specialist Department: Finance: Reports To: Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis Location: Subject to Firm Need: FLSA: Non-Exempt: POSITION SUMMARY: The Billing Rate Specialist supports the administration and coordination of client fee agreements and billing rate processes across the Firm. This role assists with maintaining rate information, monitoring negotiated fee arrangements, supporting annual and ongoing rate review processes, and ensuring accurate implementation of billing rate updates. The position works collaboratively with attorneys, billing coordinators, legal administrative assistants, and internal finance teams to support effective billing operations and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
