Position Summary HASI is seeking an individual with experience with debt product structuring, securitization, and institutional investors to join our team. This individual will work on the Investment Team as a key interface with a large network of institutional investors. The core responsibilities of the role will focus on raising capital for both historic HASI securitization transactions and new senior debt opportunities. The Director will interface with certain capital partners (generally insurance companies, pension funds and banks) on a periodic cadence to understand market dynamics and what opportunities might be a fit. As potential transactions with capital partners advance, the Director will lead execution to closing in collaboration with other members of the Investment Team. The role will require working within a deal team as well as maintaining consistent communication across a large network of institutional investors.
