PM Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift PM Mechanic to join our team in Marengo, IL. Our PM Mechanic will work directly with the Maintenance team to ensure safe diagnostics and maintenance of our truck fleet and equipment. Schedule: 4:00pm to 2am Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs repairs (including electrical and hydraulic systems) and assigned preventive maintenance services. Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs. Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
