This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies . The Transmission Foreman provides technical expertise, mentorship to crew members, and maintains project documentation to support operational excellence and grid reliability. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to Linemen, Apprentices, Equipment Operators, Crane Operators, Truck Drivers, and Groundmen. Lead and teach crews in hot stick work on energized transmission lines. Coordinate on-site operations , including crew mobilization, work planning, and equipment setup.
