Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. The Warehouse Operative works directly with a client or group of clients in providing dedicated warehouse and operations support. General Duties: - Operates a forklift and preferable reach truck licensed. - Must meet quality and productivity metrics. - Receiving and Put away. - Picking and Packing - Loading and Unloading - Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly. - Accurately and courteously load client merchandise. - Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the account coordinator to insure prompt resolution. - Manage all task requests and follows up to ensure that client needs are met. - Responsible for accurate inventory and locations in warehouse and the WMS system Footprint - Organising Inbound and Outbound freight and staging them in their designated areas - Reports to warehouse team leader or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving. - Keeps warehouse area clean and organised - Follow Health & Safety guidance. - Other duties as assigned.
