This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded professional with experience in the optical industry who understands independent optometry, dispensing environments, and the needs of optical practice teams. Success in this role will come from building trusted customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value through a strong understanding of lenses, dispensing workflows, and practice solutions. Candidates with experience in optical dispensing, optometry, orthoptics, optical product training, or business development within the optical industry will be highly regarded.
