Summary Manager Retail Training At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Retail Training to be responsible for training and development directly supporting a client. The Manager, Retail Training will provide training targeted at field associates and assess the training needs of the team through surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. The successful candidate will present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures. The Manager, Retail Training will also evaluate training materials prepared by specialists such as outlines, text, and handouts. This role requires a considerable amount of travel. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the retailer and clients. The focus is on delivering measurable results within the organization that leads to outstanding program execution for our clients.
