Job DetailsJob Location: Structural - Omaha, NE 68110Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 1st Shift$5,000 Hiring Bonus! Primary Purpose of this Position: Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Estimator: Compile project estimates for the supply of structural and miscellaneous fabricated steel on a variety of projects including- commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental. Estimated must include all material, engineering and detailing labor, buyouts and outside services, freight and any other direct costs. Essential Job Functions: 1. Compile complete and thorough project estimates from customer supplied project design information, including plans and specifications, or narratives, efficiently and within the time frame allowed. 2. Communicate project specifications, coordinate and solicit quotes from outside vendors. 3. Coordinate and develop proposed scope of work with customers. 4. Review the contract documents and specifications and alert the appropriate company personnel of any unusual or questionable terms, conditions or requirements. 5.
