From routine eye exams and optical retail, to medical optometry, ophthalmology, and surgical procedures, our patients experience end-to-end personalized care and service. Requirements: The Ophthalmic Technician is responsible for collecting and recording ocular and systemic patient histories, visual acuities, BP, IOP, Auto refractions, Manifest Refractions, performing external examinations, and dry-eye testing, as well as disease specific extra testing Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Collecting and recording patient medical history - Instructing patients on post-operative care, medication use, contact lens care and exam expectations. - Performing visual acuity testing, auto and Manifest Refractions (measurements for the glasses prescription), tonometry (measuring eye pressure) (Goldmann required) - Measuring pupil size and reac...
