Support Practitioner - Grangemouth Care Home Full time & Part time posts available Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata (Pay award pending – the new rate will be confirmed at interview (subject to formal agreement) The service has been established since 1990 and we provide long term care to people with learning disabilities. The service is an 8 bedded facility over two floors and located in a rural community. We provide a high level of support and encourage and support people to develop and maintain their individual skills. We also support and encourage people to access their community in order to support them to widen their social networks as well as promoting their skills in and around their home. We have an experienced and established team who are trained to support people's changing health needs as they get older.
