Description Village at Piney Point Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Groundkeeper. Duties: - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements - Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas - Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements: - At least 5-8 months of onsite experience - Should have knowledge of painting - Basic make ready skills - Should be able to lift more than 20lbs - Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units - Knowledge of appliances Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
